EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sponsoring companies should familiarize themselves with our terms and conditions. Please refer to the link below to review these.

Terms & Conditions

 

ATTENDEE LIST

There has been a recent increase in companies promoting “pre-registration” lists for Cargo Facts Aisa 2026 and using the Cargo Facts or Cargo Facts Asia logo in their communications. Please disregard these offers — they are not legitimate lists of “pre-registered” attendees. Cargo Facts does not sell or distribute attendee lists. Only official event sponsors receive the verified registered attendee lists at the scheduled times before and after the event. 

 

DISPLAY SPACE GUIDELINES

*Some sponsorships include a display table. Please refer to your original sponsorship agreement to confirm that a display is included.

Your space will include a 6ft table with a linen and two chairs. The space can accommodate an 8 to 10 foot wide backdrop. Your backdrop needs to be placed directly behind your table.

6ft tables can be removed if you prefer not to use them. Tables cannot be moved to either side of their backdrop.

* There will not be pipe and drape or other dividers to separate sponsor spaces.

Shipments can begin to arrive as early as March 15th. Please use this address:

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES:

  1. If your package is shipped from outside China, it may involve customs declaration procedures. You will need to engage a third party to complete the customs clearance process on your own.
  2. If the shipments is very large, such as plane model or a pallet, it will need to be brought in by our set-up team; please let us know if this is the case
  3. The hotel will move shipments from their storage to your tabletop display space IF you include your display number and company name in the address
  4. After the end of the event, the hotel can assist with shipping materials to destinations within China – please contact Sissi Xu at +86 18653247705. For shipments to locations outside China, you will need to arrange and place the orders yourself.

Tear-down will be Wednesday, March 25th from 13:30 – 15:00

 

AV & POWER

AV & power needs are provided through the onsite team at the W Shanghai. If you will need either of these services please contact Cindi Smith (csmith@royalmedia.com).

INTERNET

Shared Wi-Fi is available through out the hotel. No dedicated/hard-wired Internet service is available.
