All sponsoring companies should familiarize themselves with our terms and conditions. Please refer to the link below to review these.

Terms & Conditions

 

REQUIRED MATERIALS

  • Full Color Company logo in vector format (.eps, .ai, or .pdf) and a raster format (.jpg, .png) logo for our reference.
  • 50 word company description and company URL for the conference mobile app and official website.
  • Each standard booth includes two complimentary registrations. Please register your complimentary participants online through

We want to ensure that your information will be included in conference promotional materials so please do your best to get us all the information as soon as possible.

REGISTRATION: 

You can register your complimentary participants online by clicking on the Sponsor Registration Link. Select “Add to Cart” then enter coupon code provided in your confirmation email and apply coupon in the designated box. Scroll down and select proceed to checkout at the bottom of the page. 

Please note each registration using a comp code will need to be completed separately.  

To register additional attendees beyond your allotted complimentary registrations, you can access the sponsor discounted rate here.

 

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

The Omni San Diego is the exclusive hotel for CFS 2024. Historically event room blocks sell out early, so don’t miss out! Book your discounted room online by clicking here. Please note, the discounted rate is only available until September 20, 2024. After this date, the discounted rate is no longer available, and the hotel could sell out.

Please note that each room block is exclusively through the contracted hotel. Please refrain from booking through any 3rd party hotel or representative if one should contact you.
