Terms & Conditions

DISPLAY SPACE GUIDELINES

*Some sponsorships include a display table. Please refer back you your original sponsorship agreement to confirm that a display is included.

Your space will include a 6ft table with a linen and two chairs. The space can accommodate an 8 to 10 foot wide backdrop. Your backdrop needs to be placed directly behind your table.

6ft tables can be removed if you prefer not to use them. Tables cannot be moved to either side of their backdrop.

* There will not be pipe and drape or other dividers to separate sponsor spaces.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Shipments can begin to arrive at the Omni San Diego on Wednesday, October 9th. Please review the documents below for specific shipping instructions, venue address and storage fees.

• Afternoon Break: 15:30 – 16:00

Wednesday, October 16^th

• Breakfast: 8:00 – 9:00
• Morning Break: 10:15 – 10:45
• Tear-down: 13:30-15:00
