Cargo Facts EMEA Sponsor Table Display Information

Thank you for your participation at the upcoming Cargo Facts EMEA, at the Hilton Amsterdam.

This page contains the necessary information to prepare your team for the upcoming event.

 

 

EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sponsoring companies should familiarize themselves with our terms and conditions. Please refer to the link below to review these.

Terms & Conditions

 

DISPLAY SPACE GUIDELINES

*Some sponsorships include a display table. Please refer back you your original sponsorship agreement to confirm that a display is included.

Your space will include a 6ft table with a linen and two chairs. The space can accommodate an 8 to 10 foot wide backdrop. Your backdrop needs to be placed directly behind your table.

6ft tables can be removed if you prefer not to use them. Tables cannot be moved to either side of their backdrop.

* There will be pipe and drape in select areas to better section off booth spaces, but not ALL booths will have pipe and drape.

 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Displays can be shipped to the hotel directly at the address listed below. Packages can begin to arrive on 2/1/24. Please note some larger packages may be subject to storage fees.

Return shipments must be coordinated by the sponsor and include a paid shipping label and scheduled pickup for the items.

  • Set Up : 12:00 – 14:00

Tuesday, February 6th

  • Morning Break: 10:30 – 11:15
  • Afternoon Break: 15:15 – 16:00

Wednesday, February 7th

  • Morning Break: 10:30 – 11:15
  • Tear-down: 13:30-15:00
