Mike Andrews serves as the Director of Conversion Programs at ATSG Subsidiary, Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services, where he oversees the strategic growth and execution of the company’s aircraft conversion projects. With a career spanning over 20 years in the aviation industry, Mike has developed a reputation for his expertise in aircraft maintenance and conversion processes.

He began his career at Pemco in 1988 as an A&P mechanic, quickly demonstrating his technical skills and leadership abilities. His dedication and hard work led to his promotion to Cargo Conversion Supervisor in 1998. Returning to the company in 2006 as  Manager of Cargo Conversion, where he was instrumental in expanding conversion capabilities. In 2015, he was appointed as Director, where he continues to drive innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality conversion solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers.
