Carlos holds over 26 years in Aircraft Maintenance, starting as a Technician and steadily ascending through the ranks and honing his leadership skills through formal training. He’s an Embry-Riddle alum with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management. Carlos’s extensive experience, coupled with his academic achievements, positions him as a seasoned leader in the aviation industry. Carlos currently holds dual roles within our group. He serves as the CEO of The Xtreme Group (TXG), our parent company. In addition, he is Vice President of Commercial Operations and Partner at 7 Air, LLC.
