Carlos has been involved and dedicated to Aircraft Maintenance for over 26 yrs. From his beginnings as an Aircraft Maintenance Tech, he has moved through the ranks as Supervisor, Manager, and Director for a large Airline and Maintenance Organization as well as through his formation in leadership roles by way of formal training. He is an Embry Riddle University alumnus with a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management.
