Thank you for your participation at the upcoming Cargo Facts LATAM  at the Marquis Reforma in Mexico City.

 

This page contains the necessary information to prepare your team for the upcoming event.

If your sponsorship includes a table display, reference the information below. Please review your signed order to confirm that a display is included.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR TABLE DISPLAY

Space Size: 8′ x 10′
1 (one) 6′ Skirted Table
2  Chairs

Display backdrop can be between 8ft – 10ft wide. All banners and backdrops MUST fit within a 10ft width.

 

ELECTRICAL SERVICE and AUDIO VISUAL (A/V) NEEDS

Audio Visual and Electrical/Power services do not come with your display space, and are available to purchase.

For Power: The hotel’s service provider, Encore Global, has requested that you give them your total electric needs, in Volts and in Amps. For example, an 80-inch screen is 110V at 4.5 amps. The deadline to order Power for your space is January 20th. After this date, we cannot guarantee that you will have access to electrical service for your space.

For any Audio Visual needs, the deadline is also January 20th, and you will also order this from Encore Global.

The Marquis Reforma Hotel & Spa is the exclusive hotel for Cargo Facts LATAM 2026. The deadline to book at the event rate is Friday, January 16, 2026.

             * Please do not start to tear down, pack, or dismantle your display until 1:30 PM.

 

ATTENDEE LIST

There will be a pre-show and a post-show attendee list will be sent to the main contact of your sponsorship in excel format. A current list of participating companies can be found here https://cargofactsevents.com/latam/who-will-attend/.

Notice: There has been a recent increase in companies promoting “pre-registration” lists for Cargo Facts LATAM 2026 and using the Cargo Facts or Cargo Facts LATAM logo in their communications. Please disregard these offers — they are not legitimate lists of “pre-registered” attendees. Cargo Facts does not sell or distribute attendee lists.
