Dr. Marc Szepan, German, serves as General Manager of Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company Ltd. (GAMECO).  

Previously, he was an executive at Lufthansa where he was responsible for MRO and flight operations support businesses based in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. In 2012, he was recognised as one of Aviation Week & Space Technology’s “40 Under Forty: Rising Stars of Aerospace and Aviation”. He has also served as faculty member at the University of Oxford.  

He received an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, an AM from Harvard University, and a doctorate in management studies from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
