Regional Marketing Director
Sarah joined Rolls-Royce in 2008 with a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. After 3 years on the Customer Management graduate scheme, Sarah undertook a variety of management roles on the Trent 1000 Engine Programme including service delivery of the Rolls-Royce powered Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet and leading the service readiness portfolio of activities. In 2015, Sarah became a Commercial Account Manager with responsibility for administering long-term service agreement contracts across a range of airline customers in the Middle East & Africa region. Her airline customer facing experience combined with business acumen and new product introduction knowledge, subsequently enabled Sarah to undertake lead roles in Services Strategy & Development and Fleet Business Management on the Trent 7000 Engine programme. In 2021, Sarah joined the Marketing function as a Regional Marketing Director for the Civil Large Engines portfolio responsible for the Americas and Western Europe regions.
