Vice President of Operations

Audrey is the Vice President of Operations for FedEx China. With over 25 years of dedicated service at FedEx, Audrey has ascended through various roles, starting in 1998 as a Manager in Operations and progressively advancing to her current position.  

As the head of FedEx China Operations, Audrey is responsible for the strategic and tactical ground and gateway operations driving business growth in China. She has played a key role in establishing the company’s operations in the country. Her extensive career with FedEx includes serving as the Managing Director of Operations for International Services at FedEx China, where she worked in both Beijing and Shanghai. Prior to her current role, Audrey served as the Managing Director for Singapore, where she led FedEx Singapore, and the Vice President of FedEx Southeast Asia Operations. 

Beyond her responsibilities at FedEx, Audrey actively engages with the broader business community. Currently, she holds a position on the Board of Governors for the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Singapore. She is also on the Board of Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.  

Prior to joining FedEx, Audrey held roles in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Television Corporation of Singapore.  

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University, Australia, a Master of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California in Los Angeles and the National University of Singapore.
