Audrone Keinyte is an experienced aviation executive with over two decades of leadership in the aviation and tourism industries. She currently holds several key roles within Avia Solutions Group and is strategically overseeing air cargo services within the group. Audrone serves as the Director of Magma Aviation UAE, which commercially markets dedicated wide-body and narrow-body cargo aircraft capacity, contracted on an exclusive basis from third-party airlines and manages the fleet offering a range of ad hoc and regular flying capacity to freight forwarders, logistics providers, and charter brokers.

Previously, Audrone was managing a narrow body cargo airline where she successfully expanded the fleet and guided the company’s growth into new international markets.

Before her career in aviation, Audrone was managing the largest charter tour operator in the Baltic region, where she has significantly contributed to the industry, blending strategic vision with operational expertise to drive company’s growth and innovation.
