Benjamin has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. He held various roles in product engineering, design engineering, and airworthiness management at Lufthansa Technik. As part of the CAMO organization, he served as Airworthiness Review Staff and CAMO Project Manager, overseeing the management and certification of aircraft airworthiness during numerous aircraft transitions. He has developed deep expertise in passenger-to-freighter conversion projects.

In 2022, Benjamin joined EFW as Head of CAMO, where he established an EASA-approved CAMO organization to expand the service portfolio of EFW’s freighter conversion business.
