Mylène Scholnick offers more than 25 years of aviation experience in commercial and business aviation. Mylène has worked at Paribas, Metrojet, NetJets, SkyWorks Capital, Lenoma and ICF. Mylène lived and worked in Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Seattle. Her expertise includes aircraft financing and leasing, asset management, debt syndication and sale leasebacks, aircraft remarketing and sales, and strategic advisory. She has been involved in advisory services to lessors, investors, airlines, operators and OEMs in capital markets, aircraft finance, aircraft sourcing, strategic marketing and sales, market analysis, new market entry, growth strategy, due diligence and feasibility studies.

Since 2019, Mylene has been head of Amazon Air’s WW Fleet & Carriers, and oversees the short and long-term design and planning of the fleet with responsibility for defining, procuring, managing, and disposing aircraft, and the carrier strategy and negotiations. She oversees aircraft acceptances, delivery schedules and lead the commercial relationships with carriers with a fleet of more than 100 aircraft.
