Executive Director of the Logistics Affairs Unit & Technical Secretary of the Logistics Cabinet of the Ministry of the Presidency of the Republic of Panama

Rodolfo Samuda L., with a background in Law and Political Science and specialized in Commercial Law and international business, has significantly marked his presence in customs negotiation and legislation, representing Panama in international forums and participating in SIECA and the CAUCA IV negotiations.  

As a consultant, collaborator with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, and President of the Customs Law Commission of the National Bar Association, he demonstrates his commitment to integrity and transparency.  

He led the dry canal strengthening project and has been notable in academia and public administration in Panama, serving as Deputy Technical Director of the National Customs Authority.  

Currently, he spearheads national logistics initiatives as the Executive Director of the Logistics Affairs Unit and serves as the Technical Secretary of the Logistics Cabinet of the Ministry of the Presidency of the Republic of Panama, advocating for equitable and effective trade practices.
