With more than 18 years of experience in the air cargo logistics sector in Colombia and more than 5 years as a member of the Board of Directors and Purchasing Manager of the most important and traditional cargo company in Colombia Aerosucre S.A. Cesar Montenegro has developed his career. Additionally, he currently also serves as Responsible Executive of the new Aerosucre MRO Aeronautical Workshop located at the El Dorado Airport in Bogota D.C.   

Finally, he has a university degree in Political Science from the Universidad de los Andes of Colombia and a specialization in Aeronautical and Aerospace Administration from Universidad Militar de Colombia.
