Vice President Tianjin Cargo Airlines Mr. Li Bin serves as Vice President of Tianjin Cargo Airlines. With nearly three decades of distinguished service in China’s aviation sector, Mr. Li has built an extensive career spanning operational management, market strategy, and executive leadership.

As a core member of Tianjin Air Cargo’s leadership team, Mr. Li plays an instrumental role in steering the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence. He has been pivotal in advancing the airline’s market position and operational capabilities since its establishment. His tenure with the airline includes serving as Chairman and President, as well as Vice President of Marketing, where he was based in Tianjin and drove significant business development initiatives. Prior to his current role, Mr. Li served as General Manager of Operations Control at Tianjin Airlines, and Deputy Manager of Beijing Operations Control Division at Hainan Airlines Beijing Operating Base.

Prior to joining Hainan Airlines in 2001, Mr. Li began his aviation career in 1995 within China’s civil aviation system, accumulating foundational experience in air transport operations.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation from Civil Aviation Flight University of China.
