Lee worked at Airbus for more than 20 years, gaining a detailed knowledge of the aerospace industry and its strategic challenges. In his last position, he spent more than ten years as Vice President International Cooperation & Strategy, responsible for a wide range of commercial and industrial activities at Airbus. Prior to Airbus, Lee worked for McKinsey after completing his PhD at Cambridge University. He joined EFW in September 2024 as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, with the role to consolidate and grow EFW’s business in P2F conversions, MRO and aerospace components.
