Vern Titcomb is currently Crestone’s Vice President of Investments. He leads the investment pricing and analysis team, evaluating acquisition opportunities and determining economic impacts of remarketing activities of owned and managed assets. He works closely with the acquisition committee and investment partners, presenting and pitching new opportunities, and aligning acquisition targets with investment priorities. Vern collaborates with lenders and capital providers, developing financing structures during acquisition processes. Previously, he held the position of Director of Investment Underwriting for GA Telesis Lift (Leasing, Investments Finance and Trading), where he led underwriting projects and analyses including acquisitions, remarketing, and special projects. Prior to GAT, Vern held analyst positions at Cessna and Bell Helicopter, subsidiaries of Textron Aviation.
