Paula is the Head of SAF Sales, Americas at Neste. Neste is the world’s leading sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producer, offering SAF made from sustainably sourced renewable waste and residues such as used cooking oil and animal fat waste. Paula joined Neste in September 2021 and has held both regional and global roles in the company spanning feedstock collection, aggregation and trading, development projects, portfolio management, post-merger integration and M&A. Currently located in Houston, she leads the Americas SAF sales team. She is accountable for into wing and wholesale SAF sales to Americas based customers and the regional SAF P&L. Paula’s background includes key roles at BP and Phillips 66, where she focused on midstream infrastructure in areas of engineering, project management, strategy execution, commercial, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.

As a mother of two, she is proud to be a part of the fight against climate change and work to create a healthier planet for all children. Paula has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.
