Beatrice Cassou is Senior Director Commercial Asia at Titan Aviation Leasing, where she leads aircraft leasing activity across the region, covering airlines relationships, aircraft trading, lease placements and OEM engagement. Since joining in 2022, she has made significant contributions to Titan’s portfolio, including landmark transactions in mainland China and widebody fleet and conversion strategy development.
Over a career spanning more than 15 years, Beatrice has worked across the full spectrum of commercial aviation, from procurement and sales strategy at OEM level through transaction origination on the lessor side.
Beatrice began her career at Airbus in Toulouse, where she held successive roles across procurement, corporate governance, and contracts management before moving into sales as a Director and Global Account Manager covering Southeast Asia. She holds an Advanced Master Degree in Supply Chain Management and a Master in International Business, both from ESSEC Business School in Paris. She also achieved a Professional Certificate as Chief Sustainability Officer from MIT, reflecting her sustained commitment to aviation decarbonisation alongside her commercial career.
