Kersti Krepp is the Founder and Principal of Krepp Global, bringing nearly 30 years of global air cargo and supply chain leadership to clients navigating complex international markets. A visionary strategist and hands-on operator, she is recognized for deep customer-centricity, unlocking new revenue streams, exceeding growth targets, and optimizing cost and yield performance across global networks. 

Based in Hong Kong, Kersti has led global expansion initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, successfully launching and scaling businesses in highly regulated and competitive environments. She is known for building diverse, high-performing teams; driving digitization and organizational transformation; and fostering cultures of trust, accountability, and sustainable success. 

Prior to founding Krepp Global, Kersti spent more than 20 years at Polar Air Cargo, most recently serving as Chief Management O icer, reporting to the board of the Atlas–DHL joint venture. In this role, she led the all-cargo airline through significant organizational change, oversaw senior management and global commercial functions, and managed strategic communications and the joint venture wind-down. Her leadership was instrumental during Atlas Air’s acquisition of all outstanding shares of Polar Air Cargo, ensuring a thoughtful employee transition and uninterrupted customer service. 

Previously, Kersti served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, and as Vice President, APAC Sales & Marketing, where she drove commercial transformation, expanded market presence and consistently exceeded growth targets. Kersti began her aviation career at Evergreen International Aviation, rising to Senior Vice President, Asia, and Board Director. She later co-founded and served as COO of V-Logic, an international logistics and supply chain management provider. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the HKUST/Kellogg joint program.
