Gustavo Ribeiro is an international executive with over 25 years of experience in aviation, specializing in program management, fleet performance, training, technical services, and customer relationship management. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate qualification in Program Management and Customer Relationship Management, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Strategy.

Gustavo leads Sales Operations and Contracts at Embraer Services & Support, focusing on product management, sales operations, strategic pricing, proposals, and contracts. He is also part of the Ejet Freighter Program Core Team, overseeing aftermarket activities related to program development and commercialization.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Gustavo began his career at Shell Aviation at Santos Dumont Airport. In 2000, he joined Embraer in São José dos Campos during the early stages of the Ejet Program. He resides there with his wife and 12-year-old daughter. Gustavo is passionate about mentoring, developing new ideas, and exploring cultures worldwide.
