Modern Logistics is a São Paulo-based integrated cutting-edge logistics company founded in 2012 by . A significant corporate restructuring in 2024 Under Koga’s tutelage the company has expanded beyond its vast Brazilian market to serve five other South American markets, using Boeing’s cargo aircraft while setting its sights on expansion into the US and Mexico.

a former Vice President of FedEx South America, working in the US for FedEx Global he  brings 23 years of management, international trade, logistics, and shipping experience in organizations across the Americas and Europe to lead Modern Logistics through its next phase of growth.

Koga has held various senior roles including Business Unit P&L responsibility, ESG, DE&I, Digital Transformation, and M&A. He also has experience leading several different functional areas, including planning, and engineering.

Cristiano is a proven results-oriented leader and business strategist with a deep knowledge of domestic and global markets including Americas, APAC, Africa, and Europe. He is a highly engaging and intuitive leader with exceptional skills in turnaround, company integration, relationship building, and business transformation. He is also a member of NACD USA and IBGC Brazil on Corporate Governance practices CEO Club Miami and World Trade Center Miami.
