PRESENTATIONS
In an effort to be conscientious of our consumption, we will not provide a hard copy of the conference presentations. PDF versions of all approved presentations will be available upon completion of the event survey.
ACCESS TO CONTENT
Attendees will have access to all content on-demand inside of the event app. Whether you are joining the session live, or if for any reason you are unable to attend the live session, all session recordings will be available on-demand in the event app following the event.
BADGE POLICY
Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. There are no exceptions to this policy.
DRESS CODE
Business Casual Dress is recommended. Suits and ties are not required. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.

Registration will take place in the 1st Floor outside of Ballroom ABC

CARGO FACTS EMEA GALA DINNER
Join us for an evening of entertainment and networking! We will begin the evening with a cocktail cruise on the Canals of Amsterdam. Delegates will board the vessels from a dock directly connected to the Hilton Amsterdam.
After an hour cruise, the vessels will dock back at the Hilton Amsterdam and we will continue the evening with a sit down dinner.

MOBILE APP
Cargo Facts has developed an app for attendees to connect directly with each other, meet with our sponsors, participate in live session Q&A, and watch sessions recordings after the event on-demand.
The CF EMEA app will be the most important tool on-site, so it is extremely important you download and login prior to the event. The app will host your schedule, the list of attendees and your way to stay up to date onsite.
