AT THE EVENT
We want to ensure that you take full advantage of all that the conference has to offer! Below are some quick tips and information that you will need in preparation for the conference.
Registration will take place on the 4th Floor outside of the Grand Ballroom
Registration Opens Wednesday, October 25th at 2:00 PM PST
Cargo Facts has developed an app for attendees to connect directly with each other, meet with our sponsors, participate in live session Q&A, and watch sessions recordings after the event on-demand.
The CFS app will be the most important tool on-site, so it is extremely important you download and login prior to the event. The app will host your schedule, the list of attendees and your way to stay up to date onsite.
To download the app:
- Download the Cvent Events App
- Search for “Cargo Facts Symposium“
- Download the event app
- Create an account using your event registration email
- Receive a verification code via email to activate your account
- Start connecting
*Only confirmed attendees have access to the attendee portal in the app. You will be prompted to verify your account before connecting with other attendees.
Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Business Casual Dress is recommended. Suits and ties are not required. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
ACCESS TO CONTENT
Attendees will have access to all content on-demand inside of the event app. Whether you are joining the session live, or if for any reason you are unable to attend the live session, all session recordings will be available on-demand in the event app following the event.
In an effort to be conscientious of our consumption, we will not provide a hard copy of the conference presentations. PDF versions of all approved presentations will be distributed shortly following the conference via email.
