MOBILE APP – Powered by Whova

 We’re excited to announce that Cargo Facts Symposium 2026 will be using the Whova App to deliver a smarter, more connected event experience. If you sign into Whova with the same email address you used to register for CFS, you’ll be automatically synced with the CFS Mobile App.

The official event mobile app is your all-in-one tool to network with attendees, connect with sponsors, attend sessions, and stay organized while onsite.

Key Features Include:

  • Personalized Agenda – Build and manage your schedule with session reminders
  • Networking & Messaging – Connect with fellow attendees, schedule meetings, and chat in-app
  • Interactive Maps – Easily navigate the venue and locate exhibitor booths, sessions, and lounges

Lead Capture
You will be able to capture contact information using the Whova mobile app! On the home page of the mobile app, click the blue button called “Scan Lead” and use the QR code scanner to scan the QR code on your contact’s badge. If you prefer to input the information manually, just click the link that’s called “Collect Leads/Contacts” and select 2. Add Leads Manually.

TRANSPORTATION

The Grand Hyatt Nashville is 9 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA), and 9 miles from John C. Tune Airport (JWN).

Airport transportation is available with Lyft, Uber, taxis, and if you’re looking for something special, Nashrovers. Some local cab companies, like Magic Taxi and Music City Cab, specialize in airport runs and allow you to book online ahead of time.

If you rent a vehicle during your stay in Nashville, the Grand Hyatt Nashville’s valet parking is available for its guests at a cost of $60/night.

BADGE POLICY

Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception, the exhibit hall, and all conference keynotes and sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no exceptions to this policy.

DRESS CODE

Business Casual Dress is recommended for all sessions and networking events.  Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.

Weather in Nashville in September

September in Nashville brings a pleasant transition from sweltering summer heat to milder autumn weather. Expect average daytime highs starting in the upper 80s that cool to the upper 70s by the end of the month, alongside crisp evening lows dropping from the upper 60s into the mid 50s.

Rainfall: September is typically one of the driest months of the year, averaging about 3.6 inches of precipitation spread across 7 to 11 days. Rain showers are rarely all-day events.

Humidity: Early September can still retain residual summer humidity, which can make it feel (10 to 15 degrees warmer than the actual air temperature.
