Mr. Gibbs has 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry.  His tenure began with ten years at Boeing Wichita.  After leaving Boeing, he founded Gibbs Machine and Tool to provide solutions for complex manufacturing problems.  Through mergers and acquisition, Jim expanded the company to provide high speed machining, manufacturing and assembly services.  Subsequently, Jim founded Dynamic N/C and grew the company to 150 employees in 11 years, with annual revenues approaching $70 million.  After his retirement from Dynamic N/C in 2020, Jim founded Kansas Modification Center to develop the 777-300ERCF conversion. He is the COO.
