Mr. Hakan Bulat is the President of Hong Kong Air Cargo, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in global aviation and air logistics. Since assuming the role in March 2025, he has been instrumental in expanding the airline’s international cargo network, deepening strategic partnerships, and enhancing operational excellence. 

Prior to joining Hong Kong Air Cargo, Mr. Bulat served as CEO of WE World Express and Executive Director of PAL Express, where he led major transformations in commercial growth and cross-border logistics innovation. He also held key leadership roles at Turkish Cargo and Jade Cargo International, where he oversaw regional sales, network planning, and strategic development across the Asia-Pacific. 

Mr. Bulat holds a BA in Economics from Boğaziçi University. With a strong foundation in commercial strategy and aviation management, he is known for fostering collaborative teams and building customer-centric logistics solutions that connect Asia to the world.
