Andrés Fabre is a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Discovery Americas, a leading private equity fund in Mexico and a major investor in mas (cargo airline). He currently serves as Executive Chairman of mas, having previously led the company as CEO through a successful turnaround during 2023 and 2024.

Throughout his career, Andrés has held senior executive roles, including CEO and COO positions at multiple aviation and service companies. His leadership experience includes airlines such as Aeromar, Volaris, and Aerolíneas Argentinas, as well as the global children’s edutainment company KidZania, where he served as Global COO overseeing operations and development across 25 countries.

A former commercial airline pilot with over 11,000 flight hours, Andrés holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance.

In addition to his executive career, Andrés co-founded the Mexico Chapter of the global Conscious Capitalism movement in 2018. He actively promotes purpose-driven business practices through initiatives that engage both the corporate and academic communities in Mexico.
