Andy Ishige

Head of Marketing – Freighter Conversions

Andy Ishige is the Head of Marketing for Boeing’s freighter conversion programs. In this role, he leads the marketing team for Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) products – the 737-800BCF and 767-300BCF – responsible for Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Market Analysis. He was previously a customer program manager supporting the 737 MAX, where he led overall program execution and customer delivery of reconfigured 737 MAX aircraft to a large customer. Prior to that role, Ishige was a program manager with responsibility for the 737-800BCF. Ishige oversaw the execution of passenger-to-freighter modification projects and managed program-level relationships with airline and leasing customers around the globe. Ishige led the introduction of the first 737-800BCF aircraft to China with Tianjin Air Cargo in 2019 and the start-up of the new modification site GAMECO in Guangzhou in 2020.

Ishige previously worked in several finance roles. He started his Boeing career in El Segundo, California, supporting the satellite business partner.

Andy holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
