Batdari serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of MIAT since April 2022. Previously, he worked at MIAT as the head of Business Development and Planning, Senior Officer of Strategic Development and as a pilot through the years. Since he became the CCO of the company, he played a vital role in convincing the board to introduce the freighter (757-200PCF) aircraft to then passenger only network to make MIAT a combination carrier which helped MIAT to boost its European flights.

Batdari has an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a pilot and the graduate of the University of Mongolian Science and Technology majored in Computer Science.
