Caterina began her professional journey at JPMorgan Chase, gaining valuable experience in finance and strategic operations before transitioning into the aviation and logistics sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management with concentrations in Digital Media, Technology, and Economics from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

With a forward-thinking approach and strong global perspective, Caterina has been instrumental in driving growth and customer-centric solutions across National’s network. Her leadership reflects a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving, positioning her as a rising force in a traditionally competitive industry. As Global Director of Business Development, she coordinates the interdepartmental strategies and functions, including those of operations, customer service, sales, capacity planning, revenue optimization and marketing.

Outside of work, Caterina enjoys figure skating, skiing, and traveling, interests that reflect her dynamic and adventurous spirit.
