Chung has over 30 years of aviation experiences spanning Airlines, MROs, Management Consulting and International Express Delivery company.  He spent over 10 years with Cathay Pacific Airways in various senior management roles, including Cargo Sales & Marketing Manager for HK & China, as well as Country Manager Singapore.  He also spent significant amount of time with HAECO (HK Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd.) where he built and managed multiple MRO companies in China and Hong Kong, and then was the Chief Strategy Officer for the Mubadala MRO Group in Abu Dhabi.   During his management consulting days with Seabury Consulting, he executed multiple strategic projects in many areas for Airlines, MROs around the World as well as for SF Express, which lead to him joining SF Express in 2017 which he still holds the title of Aviation Advisor.  Currently he is the CEO of Plus Logistics Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NCA as well as Director Asia Pacific for NCA.
