Mr. Su was born in 1975 in Guangdong Province. He graduated from Guangzhou University of Foreign Languages in June, 1995, and then joined China Southern Airlines, working for its Cargo Division.

苏秀锋先生1975年1月出生于广东，1995年6月大学本科毕业后加入中国南方航空公司货运处。

Mr. Su successively served air cargo industry for 30 years, he held several key positions in different companies: –Sales Manager of China Southern Cargo; –Director Marketing & Planning of China Postal Airlines; –Executive Vice President of Jade Cargo international (A JV of Lufthansa Cargo); –President & CEO of Loong Airlines; –President & CEO of YTO Cargo Airlines; and currently he is the Chairman of YTO Cargo Airlines and Vice Chairman of YTO Group.

历任中国南方航空公司货运处市场部经理、中国邮政航空公司市场发展部部长、翡翠国际货运航空公司执行副总裁、浙江长龙国际货运航空公司总裁兼首席执行官、杭州圆通货运航空有限公司总裁、2018年6月起担任上海圆通蛟龙投资发展（集团）有限公司副董事长兼任圆通航空公司董事长。

Mr. Su holds a MBA degree of City University in the State Of Washington, and currently engaged as Visiting Professor of Civil Aviation Management Institute of China and Postgraduate Supervisor of Civil Aviation University of China.

苏先生于2006年9月获得美国华盛顿州城市大学工商管理硕士（MBA）学位。目前受聘为中国民航管理干部学院客座教授和中国民航大学研究生导师。
