Customer Leader for 777X & Production Freighters
Boeing
Emily Sanchez is a Senior Marketing Leader at Boeing, currently guiding the marketing strategy for the company’s 777X and Production Freighter programs. In this role, she leads a team of technical product marketers and serves as a critical link between Commercial Sales, Program Leadership, and Engineering—bringing customer perspectives into executive discussions and translating complex airplane capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for airline stakeholders.

She has held multiple leadership roles in Marketing and led Systems Integration teams on the 787 and 737 MAX programs. Her engineering background spans aerodynamics performance, validation and certification, and flight test program experience. She has collaborated closely with the FAA, EASA, and global regulatory authorities on certification, means of compliance, and performance standards.
Earlier in her career, Emily held several customer-facing roles in Marketing, as a technical product marketer, as well as part of a Sales team partnered with customers in North America. These roles solidified her reputation as an accomplished communicator skilled at presenting technical and economic data to airline executives and building trusted, long-term partnerships.
Emily is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering. Emily is recognized for building strong customer partnerships, developing high‑performing teams, and shaping the strategic narratives that guide Boeing’s next generation of widebody products.
