Emily Wicker is a partner in Clifford Chance’s Global Financial Markets group and Global Asset Finance group. She focuses on secured lending and leasing transactions with an emphasis on aircraft assets. Emily is experienced in all aspects of aircraft finance, leasing and related restructuring transactions, including pre-delivery payment facilities, aircraft and spare parts credit facilities, EETCs and similar structured finance transactions. She is active in the passenger, cargo and business aircraft segments. She is recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” in Asset Finance and Leasing by Legal 500 USA and ranked in the “Band 2“tier of Aviation Finance lawyers by Chambers USA.
