With over 35 years in the aviation industry, Eric has held multiple engineering and program management positions at large OEMs in both commercial and defense markets.   He joined NIAR WERX in 2020 with the launch of Kansas Modification Center’s 777-300ERCF P2F.  Eric has worked in close coordination with KMC since the conversion program inception and is currently embedded within KMC, responsible for technical aspects of the converted freighter.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from Wichita State University.
