Gustavo Ribeiro is an international executive with more than 20 years’ experience in aviation, across program management, fleet performance, training, technical services and customer relationship management. Gustavo currently leads the Business Management and Contracts for Embraer Services & Support, focusing on product management, sales operations, strategic pricing, and contracts. He is also a member of the Ejet Freighter Program Core Team, oversighting the aftermarket activities related to the program development and commercialization.  

Gustavo was born in Rio de Janeiro, where he graduated as a mechanical engineer. He started his Career in Shell Aviation at Santos Dumont Airport (SDU), one of the most iconic airports in the worlds. In 2000 He moved to Sao Jose dos Campos to work at EMBRAER headquarters, in the beginning of the Ejet Program development. He still resides there with his wife and 10-year-old daughter. Gustavo is passionate about mentoring people, developing new ideas and learning about new cultures around the world.
