Mariusz Kuczek is a senior executive with  40 years of experience in air cargo, logistics, and international sales. As Business Development Manager, he leads strategic growth initiatives with a strong focus on air cargo development and the rapidly expanding e-commerce sector.

He previously held key leadership roles at LOT Cargo and PLL LOT, where he restructured cargo operations and implemented a new commercial strategy, strengthening the carrier’s position in Central Europe. His career also includes senior positions at Schenker, GeoPost, Jetpak and Golden Support.

Mariusz has managed large international teams and multimillion-dollar budgets, delivering growth through sales excellence, operational optimization, and digital transformation of cargo processes. He is also a member of the Program Council of the Polish Aviation Congress and a university lecturer, combining industry practice with academic insight.
