Mathilde is Director for Air France KLM Cargo in Mexico since 2023. She is also Chief Executive Officer of Mexico Cargo Handling (MCH), the GHA operating at Mexico City Airport, subsidiary of Air France.

She started her career 25 years ago within the Air France KLM Group, where she has held a variety of senior roles across both the Passenger and Cargo businesses.

Her professional background includes significant international leadership experience, notably in Asia. She was General Manager for Airline Marketing at Kansai with VINCI Airports Japan and later joined Amadeus in Singapore as Business Development Manager for the APAC region.

Mathilde is recognized for her strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and ability to work effectively with airport authorities, airline partners, and industry leaders in complex, multicultural environments.
