Mike joined Chisholm Enterprises in July 2021 as CFO and has since spearheaded several significant transactions that have set the scene for a bright and sound future for Texel Air. In October 2023 he also became interim CEO for Texel Air. He brings with him international management experience, knowledge of strategic and financial analysis, turnaround management, aircraft finance, aircraft leasing and international investments in aviation. He has been instrumental in acquiring and financing several 737-800 aircraft and securing multiyear ACMI Express service contracts for our 737-800BCFs in both the Middle East and Australasia. Before joining Chisholm Enterprises as CFO, Mike started his aviation career in 1992 for KLM; he has held directorships in other international airlines in Africa, Europe and Asia. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.
