Rancy is a US CPA who worked with Ernst & Young in the US and the Cayman Islands offices before joining Alton. With her audit exposure in various financial services organizations, including funds housing aviation assets, Rancy gained a comprehensive understanding of aviation leasing companies, skilled in operations, financial reporting, leases, and hard assets valuation.
