Ricky holds the position of Head of Business Development & Services at Air Hong Kong since 2019. In this role, he oversees the airline’s fleet planning, business development, and cargo operations. Air Hong Kong specializes in regional ACMI/CMI operation and is undergoing the largest refleeting exercise in its history, transitioning from A306F to A330F operation. Today, Ricky manages one of the largest A330-300P2F fleets in the world.

Prior to his current role, Ricky held various commercial positions within Cathay Cargo. He has also extensive experience managing frontline airline operations on the ground in Mainland China.
