Sarah McLaren joined Airbus in December 2023 when she was appointed Vice President Widebody & Freighter Marketing for Airbus Commercial & International and is based in Toulouse. 

Prior to joining Airbus, Sarah spent 11 years at Rolls-Royce where she held a variety of Customer facing positions across a number of locations around the world: Singapore, Germany, China and the UK. Between 2018 and 2020 Sarah was based in Beijing as Vice-President Customers where she held account management ownership for several Chinese airlines covering in service & technical support, commercial contract management and new business negotiation. In 2020 she moved back to the UK and became Vice President Sales-Airbus where she worked across a portfolio of widebody engine aftermarket campaigns playing a key interface role between Rolls-Royce and Airbus. 

Sarah holds a BA hons in German and Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham as well as a Master in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh. In her spare time Sarah is a keen sportswoman and enjoys learning about new cultures through travel and her interest in current affairs.
