Todd France stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer for Air Transport Services Group in August 2024, bringing more than two decades of experience within the company. Since joining in 2002, he has taken on increasingly complex leadership roles, shaping key areas of ATSG’s business along the way.

Most recently, Todd served as President of Cargo Aircraft Management from 2022 to 2024, overseeing the company’s aircraft leasing operations. Before that, he led Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services as President, guiding the business through critical growth and innovation from 2020 to 2022. His time at Airborne also included leadership roles in business development and operations, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s capabilities.

Todd’s career began at ABX Air, where he gained extensive experience in ground and hub operations, holding leadership roles that gave him a deep understanding of the air cargo industry’s inner workings.

A graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a degree in business administration, Todd combines strategic vision with hands-on industry expertise to drive ATSG’s commercial success.
