Zhong Yao is responsible for strategy formulation and business development of the airport’s air cargo business, as well as securing the future development of Changi’s air cargo hub. Zhong Yao manages a team to anchor air cargo connectivity and capacity, as well as to develop Singapore’s handling capabilities of key cargo verticals including but not restricted to pharmaceuticals, perishables and e-commerce.

Zhong Yao has held various roles in the aviation industry over the last 19 years, including airline network planning, revenue management, airport marketing, and consultancy. During his free time, Zhong Yao enjoys reading and traveling.
