Mylène Scholnick

Mylène Scholnick brings over 25 years of global experience in commercial and business aviation, with deep expertise in aviation finance, asset management, fleet transactions and deliveries, aircraft trading, and passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions. She has held leadership roles at Paribas, SkyWorks Capital, ICF, Metrojet, NetJets, and has lived and worked across Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, and Seattle.

At Amazon for the past six years, Mylène has led the Global Fleet Management for over 100 freighter aircraft, including 737-800s, 767-300s, and A330-300s. She built and scaled the fleet transactions function at Amazon Air, delivering several strategic firsts: the company’s first aircraft acquisitions, retirements, and long-term fleet strategy; the introduction of new aircraft types and lessors; the development of new carrier strategies and the execution of the first large-scale aircraft transitions between operators. She has been recognized for her leadership and ability to drive complex aviation projects and transactions by participating to Amazon’s Dawson program.

Outside of work, Mylène is a passionate musician. She performs with the ISTAT Band and her French rock band, Edith Nylon.
