Roy Linkner is a veteran aviation and air cargo executive with more than 40 years of global aviation experience, including 37 years specializing in air cargo. His expertise spans business development, sales leadership, fleet and network strategy, and cargo aircraft deployment.

He currently serves as Vice President of Cargo Sales at Global Crossing Airlines and leads advisory efforts through Cargo Gravity LLC, supporting airlines, airports, and lessors in air cargo business development, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Roy has held senior leadership roles at British Airways (15 years, from Cargo Sales Executive to Vice President of Cargo Sales), Martinair Cargo, Southern Air, ATSG’s Airborne Global Solutions (and its joint venture with Precision on the A321PCF), and 21 Air.

Renowned for his deep industry insight and strategic acumen, Roy has built a balanced career—spending his first 20 years on the airline–freight forwarder/shipper side of the business and the following two decades on the upstream supply side, focusing on ACMI, CMI, wet and dry leasing, and cargo charter operations.
