Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW) has now amassed more than 200 firm orders for its current family of Airbus freighter conversions.

EFW’s A330P2F program has secured more than 100 conversion orders and slots are now selling well into 2027, while its A321P2F program has attracted more than ninety firm orders with slots stretching into 2025, the company said today during a presentation at Cargo Facts Symposium 2022 in San Diego.

EFW has completed and redelivered twenty A330P2Fs to date: fourteen -300P2Fs and six -200P2Fs. The company has also converted and redelivered eleven A321P2Fs.

To expand its conversion capacity and to relieve some of the delays it has experienced, EFW earlier this month announced a new deal with Turkish Technic for A330P2F conversions to take place in Istanbul.

EFW’s A330P2F conversions currently take place in Dresden (DRS), SIN, Shanghai (PVG) and Mobile, Ala. (BFM), while A321P2F conversions occur in Singapore (XSP), Guangzhou (CAN) and San Antonio (SAT).

In 2022 alone, Cargo Facts has reported on more than sixty orders for EFW conversions from customers like AerCap, CDB Aviation, Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM), SmartLynx, Fuyo General Lease, JLPS Ireland and Aircraft Finance Germany (AFG).
