Baldvin joined Air Atlanta Icelandic in 2001 and has since held a variety of senior management positions within the company. Over the years, he has led numerous projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. In 2008, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and became a member of Air Atlanta’s Executive Committee. He was appointed to the role of CEO of Air Atlanta Icelandic in 2019 and is also a founder—and now CEO—of Air Atlanta Europe in Malta as well as Arctic Aircraft Leasing. With extensive expertise in wide-body aviation and the ACMI/leasing sector, Baldvin has been instrumental in driving fleet growth, business development, and the continued success of the Air Atlanta group of companies.
